The packaging on this Twin sheet set says: Egyptian Cotton, 400 Thread Count Percale,  and 100% Sateen Combed Cotton.

Now, between you and me, you can’t have a sateen and percale weave at the same time. One is a plain weave (percale) and the other is an alternating weave (sateen).

We can tell you from our 40 years of selling bedding, this sheet set feels like a Sateen 400 Thread Count 100% cotton sheet set. It feels very soft and cozy with a nice pop of butter/creamy yellow!
